Job Details:
Salary: $3000 - $3600 (depends on experience)
Working Days: 5 days work week
Working Location: Havelock (Central Area)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of security systems (Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems) at clients’ locations.
Execute service and maintenance procedures efficiently and effectively.
Work closely with client representatives to address all service and maintenance-related issues promptly.
Assist the supervisor in deploying teams for service tasks and assigning responsibilities accordingly.
Handle daily client interactions and manage expectations to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, organization, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all work complies with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Perform any additional technical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Relevant working experience or technical knowledge in CCTV Systems, ELV Systems, and IDS Systems will be an added advantage.
Possession of Class 2 or Class 3 License will be an added advantage.
