Service Team Leader/ Technician Supervisor (Security System, CCTV)

Our client is a trusted and leader provider of integrated security solutions, specializing in CCTV, card access, and alarm systems. And they are looking for Service Team Leader / Technician Supervisor to join them now!

Job Details:

• Salary: $3000 - $3600 (depends on experience)

• Working Days: 5 days work week

• Working Location: Havelock (Central Area)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of security systems (Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems) at clients’ locations.

• Execute service and maintenance procedures efficiently and effectively.

• Work closely with client representatives to address all service and maintenance-related issues promptly.

• Assist the supervisor in deploying teams for service tasks and assigning responsibilities accordingly.

• Handle daily client interactions and manage expectations to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, organization, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all work complies with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.

• Perform any additional technical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant working experience or technical knowledge in CCTV Systems, ELV Systems, and IDS Systems will be an added advantage.

• Possession of Class 2 or Class 3 License will be an added advantage.
