Service Sales Manager

The Opportunity

As a Service Sales Manager at dormakaba Singapore Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's service sales growth within the West Region. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team, developing and implementing effective strategies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the service sales business in the West Region.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
3. Strengthen relationships with “Large/ Key corporate clients” to ensure high retention on key projects.
4. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the service-sales team to continuously improve their skills and performance.
5. Develop a collaborative and high-performance work culture to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales and service-field experience from relevant industries (Auto-doors, HVAC, Elevators, System-integration, industrial-automation, etc.).
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
3. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address service-sales challenges.
