Service Sales Engineer

Industry: ACMV Industry
Location: West
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Basic + Transport Allowance + Commissions

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests and handle customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide technical advice and support to Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Building Owners
• Visit customers as required, assisting with sales and customer service issues
• Gather costing, generate quotations, tender submissions, and regular follow-ups
• Manage and maintain good relationships with key accounts and identify potential new customers
• Ensure quote activities are updated in a timely manner in accordance with Sales Department standard processes
• Take ownership of assigned projects and target identified must-win projects to ensure meeting set order targets
• Understand and identify business outcomes for customers and help provide total solutions to meet these desired outcomes
• Responsible for meeting sales targets set by the company and developing new business through customers, products, or product applications in Singapore

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the construction industry
• Comprehend mechanical and electrical fitments and drawing interpretations
• Knowledge in ACMV, M&E, Smoke control systems, or Fire alarm systems will be an advantage
• Preferred to have own transportation
