The Service QA Lead - Training for Cytiva is responsible for collaborating with People Leaders to ensure we are meeting the training requirements of ISO 9001 and our QMS system within the Services organization. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with the QMS documentation lead when training needs to be completed for procedure updates, representing training during external audits, managing training metrics, and driving continuous improvement within the Services training program. This role will be responsible for conducting training in certain situations.

This position is part of the Hardware Solutions Service organization located in Singapore and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the Services organization is compliant with the training requirements of ISO 9001 and the Cytiva QMS while also driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with People Leaders to determine training required for associates and maintain the training plan for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Documentation lead to deliver training on updated procedures.
  • Lead and facilitate training as needed.
  • Host internal and external audits.

Who you are:

  • Minimum, Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College, preferably in a Science or Engineering discipline.
  • 7 or more years of related quality experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and CFR requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/ Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel abroad upon business needs (5%).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record within territory or locations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Pharmaceutical Equipment Services.
