Who We Need

The Service Officer/Assistant/Attendant is responsible for enhancing guest experiences through tasks such as reception, phone operations, luggage assistance, porter services, public/emergency announcements, assist with training, complaints management and other duties as needed, all in accordance with the standard procedures of the Front Office Department.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Performing reception and front desk duties.

  • Portering and Triaging duties such as transferring patients between locations.

  • Attending to all enquiries of patients and visitors including phone enquiries.

  • Involve in ensuring timely completion, accurate filing, and systematic upkeep of essential paperwork.

  • Verifying requests with callers, ensuring accurate and secure collection of items, checking for damage, reporting any issues and delivering items to the appropriate department.

  • Manage and record lost items including documenting item details, securely storing items, and attempting to contact owners.

  • Responsible for delivering Standard of Procedure (SOP) and orientation programs for new hires and providing refresher training sessions for current employees.

  • Manage stakeholder complaints and assist with investigations as needed.

  • Manage duty rosters, assist with crowd control and emergency guidance and handle various tasks assigned by management.

How to Succeed

  • Possess at least a Nitec or Diploma in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service position.

  • 5 days work week.

  • Able to work on shifts (AM & PM shifts), weekends and public holidays if rostered.

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Candidates with more relevant years of service may be considered for the Senior role.
