Job description

Our Client:

  • Industrial / Engineering MNC
  • 5 Days Office Hours
  • Kaki Bukit
  • UP $7000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonuses

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive workplace safety initiatives and implement guidelines to manage safety and ensure compliance.
  2. Manage business activities, convert maintenance contracts to profitable portfolio.
  3. Handle maintenance contracts renewals and recover lost contracts from market.
  4. Plan, optimize and delegate duties to team in designated aspects to improve fulfillment efficiency and productivity.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Conduct periodic audits to ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  7. Drive continuous improvement plans to improve maintenance efficiency, reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  2. Min. 5 years of relevant Service experience in Industrial / Engineering industry
  3. Prior experience in Customer Fulfillment / Satisfaction role, as well as Continuous Improvement initiatives
  4. Knowledge in SAP is a plus
