Salary up to $4000 (Salary commensurate with experience)

Japanese MNC in the Semicon industry

Duties and Responsibilities

Service Matters:

1. Liaising directly or indirectly with external customers in Singapore or other countries for any service/technical related matters.
2. Account Management directly or indirectly for technical or support related matters.
3. Respond to customer sites when required.

Operations Matters:

1. Inventory control such as controlling the movements of spare parts in the store and monthly stock-taking.
2. Issue Service orders, Service reports, and Quotations to either appointed agents or customers.
3. Prepare and update all service reports to be submitted weekly for any service tasks or responses carried out.
4. Liaising with external vendors, customers, and Headquarter on any related issues and inquiries.
5. Impart machine/service knowledge to peers to build up service capability.
6. Conduct demos/trainings for customers/peers as required.
7. Able to provide service support overseas as required.
8. All other related work as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in mechanical/mechatronics or related engineering.
• No experience necessary as training will be provided.
