Reporting to the Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for carrying out commissioning and testing third-party security products and systems.
Responsibilities:
Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address and other Security & Communication systems;
Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions
To complete all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers’ specifications.
Provide support to Project Team on the implementation of new projects
Attend and carry out rectification works at the site
Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour
Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
Provide support to projects during the DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer, Electronics/Electrical/IT Engineering/Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering/Higher NITEC applicants, will also be considered;
With at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar field;
A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure;
Positive attitude, coupled with the ability to take initiatives;
