Service Engineer Southeast Asia

(preferably based in Malaysia or Singapore)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Jobsite installation, supervision and commissioning of semi and fully automatic powder packing and liquid filling systems.
• Aftersales service such as maintenance and troubleshooting for packing and filling equipment.
• Technical support and trainings for customers, establishment of good customer communication and relationships.
• Promotion of spare parts and other services when working on the jobsite.
• Internal communication with internal departments and headquarters.
• Work on jobsites in Southeast Asia according to Service Department’s arrangement.

Requirements:

• Technical degree (mechanical / electrical engineering, automation).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical service role.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of machinery and equipment.
• Good knowledge in Siemens PLC or Codesys is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships and team collaboration.
• Good English communication skills.
• Cooperative, motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Quick problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to addressing customer needs.
