Customer Support:
• Provide customer support for domestic and regional clients.
• Arrange service visits, install, repair, troubleshoot, and relocate equipment on-site.
• Set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.
• Conduct equipment familiarization training for users.
• Answer service inquiries.
• Attend user meetings.
• Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
Service Administration:
• Prepare service quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
• Arrange spare parts from suppliers.
• Send/deliver repair items and spare parts.
• Collect equipment for in-house repairs.
• Deliver new equipment to customers.
• Pursue outstanding debts.
• Send faulty parts to vendors for checking and testing.
• Furnish technical information and quality reports to Principal.
