Job description

Job Description:

Customer Support:

  1. Arrange and conduct on-site service visits for installation, repair, troubleshooting, and relocation.
  2. Set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.
  3. Provide equipment training for users.
  4. Answer service inquiries and attend user meetings.
  5. Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction within the service team.

Service Administration:

  1. Prepare service quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
  2. Arrange and manage spare parts from suppliers.
  3. Handle the delivery and collection of repair items and new equipment.
  4. Pursue outstanding debts.
  5. Send faulty parts to vendors for testing.
  6. Provide technical information and quality reports to the Principal.

Requirements:

  1. Min. Degree/ Diploma in engineering / biomedical engineering
  2. Min. 1-2 years' experience as a service engineer preferred
  3. Experience in medical device service advantageous
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Strong organizational, self-motivational, and resourceful qualities
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
