Customer Support:
- Arrange and conduct on-site service visits for installation, repair, troubleshooting, and relocation.
- Set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.
- Provide equipment training for users.
- Answer service inquiries and attend user meetings.
- Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
- Ensure customer satisfaction within the service team.
Service Administration:
- Prepare service quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
- Arrange and manage spare parts from suppliers.
- Handle the delivery and collection of repair items and new equipment.
- Pursue outstanding debts.
- Send faulty parts to vendors for testing.
- Provide technical information and quality reports to the Principal.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree/ Diploma in engineering / biomedical engineering
- Min. 1-2 years' experience as a service engineer preferred
- Experience in medical device service advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, self-motivational, and resourceful qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
