Salary: Up to $3600 + AWS + VB
Location: Tuas West (Company transport from Yishun, Woodlands, Boon Lay, Jurong East)
Office Hours: Monday - Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting Dealer Services: Work closely with the team to create and implement programs that help dealers meet service standards and support new product launches.
Training Dealers: Plan and conduct training sessions for dealers, helping them stay up-to-date with the latest products and services.
Providing Technical Support: Collaborate with teams across parts sales and machine sales to troubleshoot issues and provide field support.
Improving Products: Gather feedback from dealers and customers to help improve our products and services.
Managing the Dealer Portal: Ensure the dealers have the latest product support information at their fingertips.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
