Service Engineer (Medical Device) - West / Up to 4.5K #HHL

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and provide basic technical training for devices as necessary.
• Plan and execute warranty and corrective repairs/maintenance visits.
• Implement related upgrades and Technical Service Bulletins from factory instructions to ensure services are up to date.
• Provide support to Sales and Marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, and projects.
• Deliver high-quality jobs to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation.
• Complete on-time monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts.
• Ensure the local service team data hygiene and hours tracking are timely input.
• Make constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs.

Requirements

• Min in Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Electronics or equivalent.
• Has prior technical experience, preferably in after-sales support in the medical industry.
