Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description:

Customer Support:

1. Arrange service visits, install, repair, troubleshoot, and relocate on-site.
2. Set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.
3. Conduct equipment familiarization training for users.
4. Answer service enquiries.
5. Attend user meetings.
6. Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
7. Practice and promote customer satisfaction within the service team.

Service Administration:

1. Prepare service quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
2. Arrange spare parts from suppliers.
3. Send/deliver repair items and spare parts.
4. Collect equipment for in-house repairs.
5. Deliver new equipment to customers.
6. Pursue outstanding debts.
7. Send faulty parts to vendors for checking and testing.
8. Furnish technical information and quality reports to Principal.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or similar with a minimum of 2 years of relevant service engineer experience in the medical device industry/microscope experience.
