Service Engineer (Logistics Equipment/Forklift/Dealer Support/WFH Arrangement)

• Transport Provided at Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT
• WFH Working Arrangement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Development
   • Support the reporting Manager to manage the dealer support and development activities such as planning & setting up yearly development/enhancement programs for specific dealers; planning & executing trainings on new products to dealers; preparing and reviewing training materials; planning and organizing regional trainings based on training needs.
2. Dealer Support
   • Support the reporting Manager to manage and oversee the services.
   • Collaborate with other teams such as Parts Sales & Machine Sale to provide technical support and conduct field visits for troubleshooting and resolving issues; gather feedback from both internal & external sources for product improvement.
   • Manage the Dealer portal to provide timely and accurate service information as Product Support Bulletin to share with dealers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Education Level
• No experience is required
• International travel for business needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Cross-cultural sensitivity
• Adaptability and ability for fast learning
