Oversee Enterprise Systems (ES) functions related to aircraft maintenance and modifications, ensuring compliance with customer standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a focus on motivation and performance enhancement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Experience with Enterprise Systems (ES) or SAP is advantageous.
Familiarity with aircraft maintenance operations is preferred.
