About the role

This full-time Service Engineer (Chiller) role offers an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Based in the Ang Mo Kio Town Centre in the North-East Region, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and maintenance for commercial chiller systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing on commercial chiller systems
  2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing any technical issues with chiller equipment
  3. Repairing and replacing faulty components in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance
  5. Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction
  6. Collaborating with the broader team to implement new technologies and improve processes

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant technical qualifications in air conditioning, refrigeration or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing and maintaining commercial chiller systems
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients effectively
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  6. A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous learning
