Performs repair and maintenance service work requested in accordance with approved quality/efficiency standards.
Performs accurate technical service support by answering phones/emails and client requests.
Double checks warranty eligibility for repairs based upon requirements and information provided.
Completes accurate data entry regarding the repair program to properly document all repair/non-repair actions.
Adjusts, aligns, replaces, and/or repairs equipment and components following equipment manuals and drawings and using welding tools and other hand and power tools.
Provides technical assistance to clients and colleagues.
Conducts data analysis to find problems or hidden dangers through maintenance data and provides corresponding solutions or ideas.
Monitors all test gear calibration on a regular basis and ensures adherence to internal safety regulations.
Services and repairs microphones, RF wireless systems, headphones, and audio equipment.
Collates and identifies systemic product issues for continuous improvement.
Maintains stock spare parts as per company guidelines, ensuring monthly stock counts and facilitating yearly audits.
Monitors repair cases and ensures that all repair cases are completed within the turnaround time as per global guidelines.
Develops Accredited Service Provider (ASP) skills through workshops on the quality of repair work and identifies counterfeit products. Provides ASP with technical support to handle all repair issues.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Logistics, Sound Light & Video, or Advanced Diploma in Wireless Technology.
Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in a relevant field; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in using ERP systems, preferably JDE.
Able to handle customers and meet deadlines.
