Service Engineer

Candidate is expected to carry out Test Board Maintenance activities including visual inspection, testing, framing, rework, washing, drying, and packing.

Additionally, the candidate must identify issues by recognizing data trends and be able to read diagrams and information from circuits.

The candidate must be driven and able to work independently and systematically to maintain the delivery of excellent services.

Basic mechanical, electrical, and programming knowledge is preferred to facilitate troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Repair and maintenance of Test Board
2. Maintain maximum passing yield results
3. Perform socket replacement and testing
4. Identify issues
5. Report service activities
6. Manage spare socket inventory
7. Provide technical service on industrial chambers

Requirements

• Service Engineer – Diploma in Engineering
• Technical Specialist – Diploma in Engineering
• 1 - 2 Years Experience
• Strong hands-on skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to do soldering work on tiny components
• Technical Specialist will assist Service Engineer in above duties. Diploma holders demonstrating good technical capabilities will be considered for Service Engineer.
