Job description

Location: Bedok
Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable & Convertible!)
Working Hours: 5 days/week

  • At the Beginning: 8.5 hrs between 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (1 hour break)
  • Day Shift: 8.5 hrs staggered shift between 1:00 pm – 10:30 pm (1 hour break)
  • Night Shift: 8.5 hrs staggered shift between 10:30 pm to 8:00 am (1 hour break)
  • + Weekends (If sat/sun shift is required, extra time off is given)

Salary: Up to $3000 (Basic) - depending on experience & qualification

  • $10 per Day Shift
  • $22 per Night Shift

Job Scope

  • Provide 1st level troubleshooting to users' queries/incidents received
  • Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions
  • Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
  • Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded
  • Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status

Requirements

  • Min Higher Nitec/Diploma
  • Experience in L1/L2 Troubleshooting (in call center)
  • Must be okay with shift work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Skype for Business, Access)
