Position: Field Services cum Sales Engineer (Machinery) - CK

Job Description

• To repair & service Company make equipment and machines in the region.
• To implement and execute shutdown maintenance at factories or chemical plants where our equipment is supplied.
• CNC machine installation and job trials in the region.
• Documentation (service report, machine registration, filing, and record).
• Sales support for company machineries.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers on operating and maintaining the machines.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, distributors, and dealers.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirement

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (will be a plus)
• Experience in servicing machinery field
