A Service Supervisor is responsible for leading the service team during each shift and ensuring that team members observe service, food hygiene and safety standards.

1. Planning and preparing the staff duty roster
2. Providing on-the-job training for staff
3. Overseeing reservations
4. Assigning workstations
5. Resolving work-related problems in a positive and professional manner
