Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare for opening and closing operation hours
- Help customers to settle down and advise on ordering system
- Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner
- Answer customer queries regarding services, menus, offers, or any other product-related inquiries
- Clean tables after customers have left and clear empty/unwanted dishes
- Assist kitchen staff whenever required
- Welcome and bid farewell to customers as they enter/leave the restaurant
- Packing and labeling of products
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and replacement of retail shelf items
