Service Crew – Joo Koon

Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly and energetic service crew members to join our team at a cafe located within the golf driving range at Upper Jurong Road. If you enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect job for you!

Job Description:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders.
• Serve food and drinks to customers quickly and accurately.
• Ensure customers have a great dining experience by providing excellent service.
• Handle card payments, and keep the cashier area clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning tables and maintaining the cafe’s cleanliness.
• Help with setting up and packing down the cafe at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are delivered correctly.

Job Requirements:

• No experience required, training will be provided.
• Friendly and positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays (shift work).
