- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes

- Front Desk Staff
- Welcome and check in guests professionally and efficiently
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Manage customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Housekeeping
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure high standards of hygiene
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets
- Porter & Concierge
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests for guests
- Ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence in the lobby area

- Able to communicate well with hotel guests
- Have at least a Diploma
- Note: Hijab is not allowed for female Muslim staff
- Working Hours: 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, starting from 6 AM onwards
- Off days: Not fixed

- Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus
