Service Crew

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. As part of our frontline staff, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining or service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
5. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
7. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management.
8. Support team members in other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Prior experience in customer service or the food service industry is an advantage but not required.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
