The Service Crew/Captain at La Table D’ Emma plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless daily operation, from opening to closing. This position involves taking orders, assisting with table settings, basic cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding service standards as per management guidelines. The Service Crew/Captain is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inventory, addressing customer feedback, and collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver a pleasant dining experience.
