Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Preparing quotations in time to send to customers, inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Interacting with our subsidiaries to co-ordinate spare parts supply and delivery services on time.
Performing sales administration duties accurately and on time, including proactive follow-up of quotations, developing, supporting, and preparing sales documentation.
Completing other sales administrative duties assigned by the operation manager as necessary.
Skills and Competency:
Diploma in Sales Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
Experience as a Sales Coordinator in the shipping industry may be advantageous.
Strong team coordination skills.
Computer literacy.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Preference for Mandarin speaking candidates.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Location: Tanjong Pagar (International Plaza).
Preference for candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
