What you will be doing
As Service Coordinator, you will be charged with a wide scope of tasks, which include invoicing, stock management, shipping (receiving and dispatching), order fulfilment (including packing), and data entry using SAP.
This opportunity is all about providing first-class customer service to our internal and external customers. The majority of communication will be via email.
This full-time position sits within our Global Service team.
What we are looking for
A successful career in customer service and administration within a technical environment, including experience in coordination, invoicing, shipping, stock management, and order fulfilment. It is crucial to be able to multi-task with the ability to meet competing deadlines. The role requires proficiency in using Microsoft Office, SAP, and ideally Salesforce.
English language skills are essential, and Chinese language skills are highly desirable.
A degree-educated applicant is preferred.
