About Us
A chef from a Michelin 3-star restaurant in San Francisco is opening an authentic Korean cuisine restaurant in Singapore, located within an automotive manufacturing facility in Jurong. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Service Captain to join our team. Position Overview
The Service Captain will play a key role in leading the service crew, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, and delivering impeccable service standards. This position involves managing guest interactions, supporting service flow, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the service crew to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Greet and host guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with staff training and development to maintain high service standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including seasonal items and specials.
  • Monitor and manage table turnover to ensure efficient service.
  • Assist in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Korean or Singaporean National.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in F&B is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
