Your role in the Team

As an SEO Executive, you will be tasked with optimizing our website to enhance its visibility in search engine results. This role involves a combination of creative and technical skills, aimed at increasing web traffic and elevating our brand's online presence with the ultimate KPI of delivering commercial returns.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Implementation: Execute and refine SEO strategies for content, keywords, backlinks, etc., aligning with business objectives.
2. SEO content delivery management: Own the end-to-end delivery of SEO content, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content, incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
5. Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on the website's traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
6. Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed on the technical front.
7. Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.

What you’ll need for this role
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
3. Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.
4. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
5. High-quality reporting, copywriting, and analytical skills.
6. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
7. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
9. Fluent in English, Traditional Chinese (mandatory) and Simplified Chinese.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Google Analytics or other SEO-related fields.
• Experience with web development or web design.
• Experience in trading/finance industry.
