Senior VM Executive/Assistant Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

The role of the Senior Visual Merchandising Executive / Assistant Manager is to ensure that all Montblanc boutiques and our dealers’ point of sales are maintained and impeccably presented visually, according to the Maison’s standards.

Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maximize visibility for Montblanc in all real estate through creative implementation of VM at all internal and external POS in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand subsidiaries, as well as the external sales network.
2. Manage the supply and installation of Seasonal Decorations for all boutiques.
3. Monitor and ensure all merchandising displays conform to set standards.
4. Train sales staff and partners on decoration and visibility guidelines.
5. Conduct regular routine visits to ensure the visual merchandising (display, product presentation) and the overall appearance (lighting, logos, counters, etc.) of all boutiques and POS are in line with brand guidelines.
6. Timely dissemination of all VM guidelines and updates from HQ to all relevant stakeholders.

VM IMPLEMENTATION FOR RETAIL AND WHOLESALE NETWORK SUPERVISION

1. Forecast, order, budget, and implement animation themes in all boutiques and POS.
2. Implement any new updates on PLVs for Retail and Wholesale.
3. Follow up on and update visual panorama for Wholesale.
4. Report implemented animations to HQ.
5. Coordinate, order, and track Seasonal decorations/brochures/PLV materials for South East Asia, including distributor markets.
6. Maintain a proper level of PLV and POSM materials within the warehouse.
7. Work with the retail and wholesale team to ensure all the internal and external boutiques' visuals are in the best conditions and with appropriate guidelines.
8. Responsible for all campaign changeovers in all Montblanc boutiques in South East Asia.

VM and EVENT SUPPORT

1. Be the key contact person for all VM and decoration materials during events.
2. Coordinate with the Communications team on the planning and set-up of all events.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. University graduate or equivalent in Visual Merchandising Design / Design / Graphic Design or Fashion Retail.
2. At least 5 years of visual merchandising experience in the Fashion or Luxury industry.
3. Creative with design skills and project management experience.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong rapport with all parties.
5. Organized and meticulous, with good fashion, retail, and commercial sense.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
7. Based in Singapore, with business travels to SEA per business requirements.
