We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Credit & Payment.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To manage a team of onshore and offshore FTEs to ensure efficiency and due customer delivery.
  • To review processes and workflows in order to close control gaps on clients' monies and account balances.
  • To ensure functional requirements given to the new admin system are future ready.
  • To nimbly lead and steer the Credit and Payment team through the changes.
  • To track relevant KPIs with regards to payments and collections.

Requirements

  • Relevant experiences in Credit and Payment or operations within the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to operate effectively and think innovatively to find solutions.
  • Good time management, task and result-oriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within tight timelines.
  • Proactive, strong team spirit and strong supervisory skills.
  • A person who is keen to learn with a positive work attitude.
