Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be an integral part of our clients team, playing a key role in shaping user experiences and research methodologies for our clients cutting-edge financial technology solutions. Leveraging your expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), you will contribute to the evolution of products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interface that aligns with the needs of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and business goals, translating them into intuitive and compelling user experiences.
• Conduct user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate your design vision and enhance the overall user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of your designs and contribute to the iterative development process.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the design and development lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and FinTech.

Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience, coming from a Designer, UX/UI, Product Design background.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design for financial applications or related domains.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your process from concept to execution.
• Understanding of the financial industry and the specific challenges and opportunities.
• Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, and persona development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
