Responsibilities:
Consult with stakeholders to understand goals and challenges and propose user-centric approaches to improving products and services to citizens, businesses, and public officers.
Drive user research activities through co-creation workshops, focus group discussions, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
Create and rapidly iterate on ideas to develop storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes, or other methods as needed to prove concepts and demonstrate value.
Align with corporate design systems and incorporate usability and good customer experience into products and services.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences, or related disciplines.
At least 8 years end-to-end UX design experience, especially with user research, discovery, and service design experience that demonstrates your experience in service design, design research, interaction design, and product strategy.
Team player, with experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Good organisational, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
Expertise with popular design tools and software e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in Agile and UX development environments and frontend development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage.
Other Information:
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, flexible work hours/hybrid work arrangement.
Location: Near Braddell MRT.
