Our client is one of the leading Technology organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with stakeholders to understand goals and challenges and propose user-centric approaches to improving products and services to citizens, businesses, and public officers.
• Drive user research activities through co-creation workshops, focus group discussions, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Create and rapidly iterate on ideas to develop storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes, or other methods as needed to prove concepts and demonstrate value.
• Align with corporate design systems and incorporate usability and good customer experience into products and services.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years end-to-end UX design experience, especially with user research, discovery, and service design experience that demonstrates your experience in service design, design research, interaction design, and product strategy.
• Team player, with experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Good organisational, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Expertise with popular design tools and software e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in Agile and UX development environments and frontend development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, flexible work hours/hybrid work arrangement.
• Location: Near Braddell MRT.
