Senior UI/UX Designer - Enterprise and Consumer Applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the in-house Design System and style guides.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate application design, for both web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain user personas for internal and external customers.
• Create and/or translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Continually identify user pain points and optimize the design throughout the user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in improving business processes, automation, and furthering of business objectives.
• Analyze user data and A/B testing results to inform design decisions.

Required Skills:

• Finance Services or General Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with prototyping tools like Visily or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with Google Material Design, Ant Design, and/or other design systems.
• Some knowledge of workbench flows and enterprise application design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Design, Computing, or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on both enterprise and consumer applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects, including user journey maps.
