Senior UI/UX Designer - Enterprise and Consumer Applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive user journey maps for both enterprise and consumer web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts
• Work closely with product managers and business analysts to understand and incorporate business objectives into designs
• Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Identify user pain points and optimize touchpoints throughout the user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align user journeys with business processes and objectives

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop interaction models, sitemaps, and screen flows
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation
• Create and maintain company-wide design systems and style guides
• Analyze user data and A/B testing results to inform design decisions

Required Skills:

• Finance or General Insurance experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with prototyping tools like Visily or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Familiarity with Google Material Design and / or other design systems
• Knowledge of workbench flows and enterprise application design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computing, or any related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on both enterprise and consumer applications
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects, including user journey maps and ad hoc design work
