Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the UI/UX design strategy to ensure consistency, usability, and seamless user experience.
• Design user interfaces using industry design standards and best practices.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, cognitive walkthrough, heuristic evaluation, and analyze data to enhance user experience - balance aesthetics with usability, ensuring that even experimental designs provide intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs within fast-paced development cycles.
• Document UX learnings, usability insights, and design rationales to inform future iterations and refinements.

Requirements:

• Experience in strategizing and leading system and applications designs.
• Experience in large-scale, complex systems is preferred.
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.
• Experience with UX metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design.
