Senior Telecom Engineer

Professionals are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and relating business demands. Your responsibilities include aligning priorities, planning, and actions to the overall business objectives, and involving business stakeholders. You will share and communicate knowledge and innovation. You have knowledge of the fundamentals of the Semco business model and the value chain.

Assist the Project Manager / Lead Engineer in the smooth running and implementation of the project.

Main tasks/areas of responsibility:

1. Design
2. Preparation of drawings
3. Preparation of specifications for procurement of equipment
4. Develop detailed system design with diagrams and schematics
5. Selection of telecom equipment
6. Develop bulk material listings
7. Provide input for preparation of selected reports, weight, equipment list, function, and fabrication/installation
8. Coordination with other disciplines
9. Professional responsibility

Main principal duties:

1. Participate in all engineering phases:
2. Feasibility
3. Concept
4. Feed
5. Detailed
6. Understand and interpret requirements from customers and authorities
7. Clarify design certification with customers and 3rd party

Minor tasks/areas of responsibility:

1. Participation in customer visits and contact
2. Participation in technical project meetings

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and experience:

Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT is required.
