Senior Technician / Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair central chiller plant equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related components.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular inspections, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Maintain and monitor building systems
• To assist the departments in all aspects pertaining to electrical, ACMV engineering work to plumbing, sanitary installations, fire sprinkler, alarm systems, lifts and escalators etc

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of related building maintenance experience
• Skilled in Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical
• Independent, proactive and responsible team player
• Flexibility to work shift hours
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
