Who We Need
Your key responsibilities are:
Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance of facilities to meet requirements.
Assist in carrying out the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for the Hospital buildings in accordance with schedule and specifications.
Request parts replacement and repairs; maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical and electrical equipment in the Hospital.
Observe contractors' work according to requirements and conduct supervision on works related to the Hospital buildings; mechanical and electrical systems.
Attend to requests for purchases of equipment or spare parts.
Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of all maintenance workshops, plant rooms, stores, and offices.
Attend to all assigned tasks and keep work records of all repair works carried out through the web-based work request system (CMMS).
How to Succeed
Possess at least Nitec / NTC 2 in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, air-conditioning, or buildings.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Building, Mechanical, and Electrical maintenance.
Possess hands-on experience in Facilities Management processes.
