Who We Need

Your key responsibilities are:

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance of facilities to meet requirements.
• Assist in carrying out the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for the Hospital buildings in accordance with schedule and specifications.
• Request parts replacement and repairs; maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical and electrical equipment in the Hospital.
• Observe contractors' work according to requirements and conduct supervision on works related to the Hospital buildings; mechanical and electrical systems.
• Attend to requests for purchases of equipment or spare parts.
• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of all maintenance workshops, plant rooms, stores, and offices.
• Attend to all assigned tasks and keep work records of all repair works carried out through the web-based work request system (CMMS).

How to Succeed

• Possess at least Nitec / NTC 2 in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, air-conditioning, or buildings.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Building, Mechanical, and Electrical maintenance.
• Possess hands-on experience in Facilities Management processes.
