Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise support to customers and internal team members.
Responsible for in-house application, customer application, and development support.
Involves providing direct technical support to customers at their location.
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal employees on how to use and maintain the products or services the company provides.
Provide support to the engineering and quality assurance teams within the organization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Material/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience; a Master’s degree will be an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor.
Good knowledge of wire bonding operations and concepts.
Wire bonding hands-on experience is required.
Possesses good presentation skills; DOE skills are essential.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate good communication skills with customers.
Willingness to travel overseas for customer on-site support.
