To troubleshoot and maintain/service security systems at clients’ premises
Attend to fault calls during office hours and standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster
Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results..
Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client’s business, organization and objectives.
Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Perform any other technical tasks as and when required
Requirements
Min Higher Nitec & Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 2 years working experience.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
Required to perform standby duties
Driving License – Preferably if candidate possess own vehicle
