Senior Technical Officer / Service Technician

Location: Deployed across client sites island wide
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $2,600 - $3,500
Standby Duty: Rotational standby for activations outside working hours

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for security systems, ensuring operational excellence.
2. Liaise with client representatives to address service and maintenance issues promptly.
3. Support supervisors in deploying teams for service delivery and task allocation.
4. Ensure on-time troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of security systems at client sites.
5. Foster strong client relationships by understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
6. Adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations during all technical activities.
7. Take on additional technical tasks as required to support team goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting two or more of the following systems:
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control Systems (ACS)
  • Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT/Networking/Servers is a bonus.
• License: Valid Class 3 or motorbike license.
