You will assist the Operations Manager in overseeing banquet
functions such as seminars, conferences, events, weddings etc and handling of
matters relating to event operations.

up and operate audio-visual equipment for events
Install
and configure audio & lighting systems
Manage
and troubleshoot technical issues during events
Coordinate
with Sales team, event planners and coordinators
Maintain
and manage equipment inventory
Provide
on-site technical support during events
Ensure
all technical aspects of the event run smoothly
Stay
updated with the latest industry trends and advancements
Conduct
pre-event testing and checks
Assist
in the design and layout of technical setups
Train
and supervise junior technicians
Ensure
compliance with safety regulations
Collaborate
with other team members to achieve event goals
Prepare
and dismantle equipment post-event
Document
technical setups and configurations
Provide
technical advice and recommendations
Manage
time effectively to meet event schedules
Communicate
effectively with clients and team members
Ensure
high-quality audio and visual output
Perform
routine maintenance on technical equipment
Direct
the development and integration of new systems and applications to enhance
operational efficiency
Ensure
technology solutions are scalable, secure, and meet business needs
Strong
understanding of technology trends and software development
Requirements
Nitec/Higher
Nitec in Audio/Lighting/Events or related studies
Minimum
1-2 yrs of relevant working experience
Good
knowledge in equipment and troubleshooting
Ability
to multi-task and adhere to timelines
Able
to work on weekends (including Public Holidays)
