The operation team must be stationed on-site and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day planning, management, and operations of facilities management works and services.
Attend to work requests and fault calls during office and after office hours.
Manage contractors for minor and major works.
Attend site meetings for maintenance and repair works.
Conduct building inspections, monitor, and track utilities for building consumption.
Prepare cost estimates and work proposals including technical feasibility reports.
Manage and coordinate all maintenance & repair works (M&E and C&S) including Soft Services.
Update all M&E inventory listings and submit work schedules including Soft Services.
Track, monitor, and update maintenance schedules for all M&E systems including building works and soft services.
Requirements:
Independent working trait with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Diploma in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields with 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields or similar certifications.
