We’re thrilled to be partnering with a leading organisation on a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive strategic hiring initiatives and support the growth of its workforce. This is a pivotal role in shaping how the organization attracts, engages, and secures top talent to meet its evolving goals. You’ll report into the Head of Talent Acquisition whilst leading a team of talented recruiters based in Singapore.
Your role will manage the full spectrum of recruitment, enhancing processes to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll play an instrumental role in high-level recruitment efforts, identifying leaders and key professionals who align with the organization’s mission and vision. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation, your work will directly impact the company’s success in acquiring top talent.
Your responsibilities will also extend to wider talent initiatives. From building external partnerships with educational institutions to strengthening the organization’s brand as a top employer, you’ll support efforts that ensure a consistent and compelling employer presence. Collaborating with HR and business leaders, you’ll provide insights and recommendations that keep recruitment strategies aligned with broader business priorities.
We’re looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional with at least 10 years of experience within the talent acquisition space. A forward-thinking approach, combined with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, will be essential to thrive in this role. Previous team lead experience is preferred as well as exposure to executive recruitment and demonstrated experience managing talent acquisition transformation projects is a strong advantage.
