Senior TA Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the company's strategy, understand the overall business situation and industry, and recruit key business talents for the company.
2. Manage and promote optimization of recruitment channels, effectively manage channels such as headhunters, recruitment websites, and recruitment service providers, and continuously use new concepts and platforms to explore new recruitment methods and improve efficiency.
3. Employer branding maintenance on recruitment end, such as online recruitment system operation and job management, and standardized talent pool management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3 years or above of recruitment experience; e-commerce warehouse or logistics industry experience is preferred.
3. Capable of independently thinking and talent selection, with excellent interview skills.
4. Good communication skills and analytical judgment, able to take certain work pressure; English can be used as a working language.
5. Can-do attitude, result-driven work ethic, and ROI mindset.
