Senior Systems Engineer – Drive Innovation & Transform IT Operations!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead IT Projects – Own the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from architecture to implementation, ensuring they are on time and aligned with business needs.
• Design Future-Ready Systems – Create secure and efficient end-user computing solutions, following industry best practices and security standards.
• Solve Complex IT Challenges – Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues by collaborating with multiple teams and vendors.
• Document & Share Knowledge – Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Drive Innovation & Optimization – Continuously analyze and enhance IT systems, embracing automation, integration, and best practices.
• Be the Go-To Problem Solver – Take charge of critical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum reliability.
• Provide Expert Guidance – Mentor and support teams across regions with strategic implementation insights.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Tech-Savvy Expertise – A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven Experience – At least 5 years in a senior technical role, leading projects and shaping system architectures.
• MDM/UEM Mastery – Deep expertise in Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, and other mobile device management solutions.
• OS Imaging & Deployment Pro – Experience with tools like MDT, FOG, and other enterprise imaging solutions.
• Remote Support Skills – Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Remote Support and similar tools.
• Multi-Platform Support – Strong background in managing Windows & macOS endpoints.
• Scripting Know-How – Bonus points for Shell, Bash, or PowerShell scripting experience!
• Certifications Matter – Microsoft, VMware Digital Workspace, or Linux certifications? That’s a big plus!
• Always Ready – Open to on-call support and tackling urgent issues head-on.
• Lifelong Learner – Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a desire to stay ahead in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
