Senior System Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for deploying and maintaining Windows platform and solutions for our clients:

• Perform IT administration and onsite support at office sites of clients from various industries.
• Expected to travel to 3 or more sites each day.
• Support Managers in guiding junior engineers to complete daily tasks.
• Advise clients on systems gaps and suggest improvements to clients’ systems.
• Plan and deliver infrastructure projects within timelines and budgets.
• Perform research on new solutions as requested by the Director.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ hands-on experience with Windows environment, and experience in implementing servers will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies.
• Possession of Microsoft-related certificates such as MCSA or other technical qualifications is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environment, troubleshooting, configuring servers, and email support will be advantageous.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritization skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
